After a career in the High Tech industry of over 25 years, I founded Argo Novis early 2010 as an independent trainer, coach and consultant. Being highly motivated to share and further develop my accumulated knowledge, experience and insights, it was -and still is- a privilege serving a variety of clients on innovation strategy and business development opportunities.
My approach is to join a client for a limited period of time, covering an in-depth assessment from an external perspective, an exploration of innovation and business development opportunities, and an aligned value proposition moving forward. Where needed, I provide dedicated training sessions and coach people who are on a critial transition path.
